A licence key that went missing

Licence keys are issued by Lemon Squeezy, and the original email carries the key and a link to your downloads. If that email is gone, write from the address you paid with and the key can be reissued — the payment record is enough to find your order.

Source code

Where an app is a fork of an open-source project, its sources are public and the link sits on the app's own page. Building from source yourself is always an option; what is being sold is a signed, notarised build that updates itself.

Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, so a refund goes back through them to the card you paid with.
